Wedding World La Crosse, produced by Mid-West Family La Crosse and hosted at the La Crosse Center, once again proved to be the region's must-attend wedding event! In partnership with WedPlan La Crosse and Charlotte's Bridal & Formal Wear, the show brought together an incredible lineup of vendors, showcasing the latest trends, breathtaking wedding scapes, and expert planning advice. Whether couples were just beginning their journey or putting the finishing touches on their big day, they left feeling inspired and excited to celebrate their love. Guests were welcomed in style with stunning photo-op spaces designed to capture the day's excitement. At the entrance, bold "Engaged" marquee letters from Well Lit made a statement, beautifully complemented by whimsical balloon décor from Skies the Limit Events.
SCAPES
Heirloom Elegance
B-Style Floral brought a vision of vintage romance to life with a wedding scape full of natural textures, elegant details, and artful design. Muted hues of green, dusty blue, and beige blended effortlessly with warm gold and brown tones, creating a timeless, nature-inspired palette.
The tablescape, bar, lounge, and ceremony space featured rentals from Resource Vintage Rental and gowns from Charlotte's Bridal & Formal Wear. The scene was accented with lush florals, oversized blooms, and fresh fruit woven throughout for a fresh, organic feel. Greenery walls with wooden shelving, glowing candlelight, and plush velvet seating enhanced the intimate, layered aesthetic.
BP Creationery's custom stationery and Crumbtastic Cakery's confections completed this truly one-of-a-kind, antique-inspired wedding vision.

Macrame Boho
Bloom & Knot designed a warm and inviting boho-inspired wedding, blending natural colors and macrame details. The color palette was a soft mix of sage, peach, blush, green, and brown, complemented by vibrant blooms with lush greenery.
The ceremony space featured a macrame backdrop, with the bride in a delicate strapless lace dress, and the groom in a textured brown suit from Charlotte's Bridal & Formal Wear. The wooden reception table also incorporated woven textures, and a velvet lounge seating area completed the space.
With stationery and signage by BP Creationery, cake by Meringue Bakery, and rentals by Orange Door Weddings, this wedding was a seamless celebration of beauty, nature, and love.

French Luxe
Designed by Skies the Limit, the French Luxe scape exuded an artful blend of understated luxury with a touch of French-inspired elegance. The design featured a delicate color palette of white, dusty blue, navy blue, and soft peach & blush accents, which set the stage for a sophisticated celebration.
Warm candlelight and lamps gave the tablescape a soft glow, while the subtle beauty of toile de jouy wallpaper and gold-framed seating chart added layers of texture and refinement. A four-tiered, white, textured cake from Meringue Bakery was a soaring centerpiece decorated with artful, sweeping lines.
Floral arrangements incorporated soft, natural blooms and greenery, and BP Creationery's stationery and signage matched the setting's elegance. Rentals by Orange Door Weddings provided beautiful, stylish furnishings, while the elegant bridal fashions from Charlotte's Bridal & Formal Wear completed the vision.

The Fashion Gallery featured an exquisite collection of bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses in stunning color palettes from Charlotte's Bridal. From rich jewel tones to soft greens, mauve, pink, burgundy, and warm rusts and neutrals, the curated styles showcased a beautiful range of options for every wedding vision.
Stunning greenery walls by LK Bridal framed the bridesmaid's dresses, a dance floor from La Crosse Center grounded the center space, and charming arch rentals from Orange Door Rentals framed the gallery.
LOUNGE, BAR, BOOTHS, & MORE!
The bar and lounge area provided a stylish and inviting space for guests to relax and take in the excitement of Wedding World La Crosse. Overlooking the riverfront, the space featured chic high cocktail tables and stools from Resource Vintage Rental and lounge furniture from the La Crosse Center. DJ Brettly set the mood with expertly curated music, making it the perfect spot to unwind, sip a drink, and soak in the wedding inspiration all around.
