What began as a beloved food truck in the La Crosse community in 2015 has evolved into a leading caterer in the wedding industry.
Cappella Catering not only serves as the proud in-house caterer for Cappella Weddings & Events, but also travels around the Coulee Region to dish out its one-of-a-kind flavors at weddings, corporate events, and food truck pop-ups.

We had an event catered at our home for a group of 16, and the Capella group checked every box! They responded to my initial inquiry within an hour and asked a handful of questions to help guide our planning. By the end of that same day, I had three options quoted with different types/amounts of food at various price points. They also offered a variety of service options to best suit the atmosphere of our event. Once again, a week before the event I received an email confirmation along with some follow-up questions specific to timing, the roles of the staff at the event, etc. On the actual day, they were prompt, efficient, polite & professional, and most importantly… the food was plentiful and OUTSTANDING! I would not hesitate to use them again.
