When we decided to do a destination wedding, we knew we needed a travel agent. We met multiple travel agents in the LaCrosse area to see who would be the best fit for us, and when we met Lisa, we instantly knew we would never travel again without her. There aren’t even words to express how thankful we were to have Lisa as a travel agent for our destination wedding. She was with us for every step of the process, including being there during the week of our wedding. Lisa treated our guests like family by helping them from the time they first came in contact with her regarding bookings to the time they safely got home. She went above and beyond for each and every one of them. For instance, on the bride’s parents’ flight home, the plane had to do an emergency landing. As soon as Lisa found out about this, she was there to assist them with various options on how to safely get them home. Each and every one of our guests commented on how incredible she was with her organization and thoughtfulness. Lisa taking care of all of the traveling allowed us to actually enjoy the process of planning our wedding.
